"The Value Collection #1..."
...is the result of a long lasting collaboration between danish designer Birgitte Herskind and Canadian influencer and model Vanessa Hong and their common intrest in a more sustainable approach to the fashion industry.
Made in North Portugal, The VANESSA HONG X BIRGITTEHERSKIND collection experiments with natural dyes from 100% waste products such as eucalyptus and used coffee grains. The eucalyptur gets removed by the lumberjacks prevent forest fires and the used coffee grains comes from the local coffeeshops.
The result of this natural dying method is that the water is left with zero chemicals and is therefore used as fertilizer by local farmers on their fields 💚
