How to Return an Item

Please have your order number (#2xxxx) ready to complete your registration.

1. Create your return via our return portal here.
2. After registration, you will receive an email with your return label*.
3. Prepare your return package and remember to include the enclosed return slip.
4. Ship your return parcel with GLS.

Please note that a return fee of DKK 39 / EUR 6 will be deducted from your refund amount.

* Please note we only offer a return label for following countries: Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Please make sure:

• Items are in original packaging.
• No signs of wear, stains, damage, or odors.
• Tags are still attached.

Refund Options

• Gift Card + 20% Bonus: Sent by email once your return is processed.
• Money Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return.

You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is on its way.

Note: Items bought from other retailers must be returned to them directly.

 

Right of Withdrawal & Partial Refunds

Your refund may be reduced or void if:

• The item has been used or damaged.
• It was handled beyond what’s necessary to inspect it.
• It was sent to a parcel shop (we cannot accept these).

Claims & Warranty

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you a 24-month warranty.

If your item is defective:

• You may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or discount.
• File your claim within a reasonable time (ideally within 1 month of noticing the issue).
• Claims due to misuse, lack of care, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

We do not accept returns made to a parcel shop.

You can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive the package or the package hits your chosen parcel shop.

Your money will be refunded within a few working days as soon as we have received your package at our warehouse. Then your bank can take a few days to process it, but should not take longer than 10 days in total.
